A big NO! Courtney's Closet only uses top-quality fabrics that are pretested to be colorfast and shrink resistant. We have many, many regular customers over the years who testify as to the unique quality in our jumpers and to the fact that with proper care, they will last long enough to be passed down to friends and relatives.

How long will my order take? TOP
Typical custom orders have a current lead time of three to four weeks. Date sensitive orders (Christmas, holidays, birthdays, etc) are priority and are filled ASAP. We ship via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail.
What is the Courtney's Closet Return Policy? TOP
General Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased, you may return it within fourteen days of receipt for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. Returns are not accepted for personalized orders (monogrammed or names) except for reasons of defects in quality or workmanship. All returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with tags still attached.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy:
1. Clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Holiday specific items can only be returned if notification is received seven days prior to the holiday of the year purchased or fourteen days after receipt, whichever comes first. A jumper with a Santa Clause or Nativity print would be an example of a holiday item.
3. We pride ourselves on our T-shirts, dresses, and other items being of the very best quality, non-fade, non-shrink materials. If the care instructions are followed this should always be a non-issue. If the rare event happens that your T-shirt or other garment experiences shrinkage, contact us to discuss before returning. Please see our "Care Instructions" page.
